Eirini Makarouni
Architect and PhD Design-Led Researcher
Eirini is an architect, PhD design-led researcher at the University of Edinburgh and architectural editor & writer. Her research is titled “Composing Dialogues: Tu(r)ning Plato’s myth of Atlantis towards contemporary Athens”. She is also a contributing writer for Architizer, a New York based architectural magazine and an editor at EK Magazine in Athens. Finally, she is a freelancing writer for a variety of architectural newsletters, from photography to design software, a guest reviewer at Edinburgh School of Architecture and an editor for the Edinburgh Research Architecture Journal.
