NEW IN PIRROS

Your firm's best work,
now inside Revit

When you're heads-down in a model, it's nice to have the details and families you need right there. Pirros in Revit brings full Pirros search into a sidebar in Revit. Browse your details, families, and standards from every past project, then drag and drop what you need straight into your model.

No switching windows, no losing your place, no leaving the work.

WHAT PIRROS IN REVIT GIVES YOU

Everything you need inside Revit

Find details and families by what they are, not what they were named

AI-powered search finds details and families, no complex naming conventions or tagging required. Filter down by project, Revit version, detail type, and more.

Drag, drop, and keep drawing

Drag details and families from the sidebar directly into your open model, and select multiple items to place them in one action. Populating a sheet or starting documentation no longer means finding content one piece at a time.

Your stashes, along for the ride

Stashes, the collections of details and families your team builds in Pirros, are available directly in the sidebar. Open a firm stash or one you assembled yourself, and start from a curated set instead of searching for each piece from scratch.

Keep your Revit assets current

The Download Latest tab checks the open model for every detail and family with a newer version in your library, shows what changed, and updates the items you select.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to install anything if we already use Pirros?

No. Pirros in Revit ships as part of the Pirros plugin for Revit that your team already has. It appears automatically when it launches.

Is Pirros in Revit included in our Pirros plan?

Yes. Pirros in Revit is part of your existing Pirros plan at no additional cost.

Who can use it?

Everyone on your Pirros workspace has access to search, browsing, Download Latest, stashes, and drag and drop insertion. Project sync is restricted to Admin level users.

Does it respect our permissions and reference-only settings?

Yes. Pirros in Revit follows the same roles, permissions, and reference-only rules as the rest of Pirros, so admins keep the same control over what can be inserted.

Will it affect Revit performance?

No. Pirros in Revit streams content from your Pirros library and only brings items into the model when you place them, so files stay manageable.

Does Pirros in Revit replace the Pirros web platform?

No. The web platform remains home base for vetting, markup, analytics, and more.
